This biennial meeting is jointly organized in Lyon, France, and Montréal, Canada, bringing together leading experts from across the field.
Embryonic development, cancer progression, and tissue regeneration all share a strong dependence on stem and progenitor cells. However, key questions remain unresolved: what are the similarities and differences between embryonic, adult, and cancer stem cells? Do cancer stem cells originate from adult stem cells, or from differentiated cancer cells that reacquire stem-like properties? What determines the potency of embryonic and adult stem cells?
Addressing these fundamental questions requires a multidisciplinary perspective. The 6Th edition of this conference, to be held in Lyon, aims to foster dialogue among world-renowned experts in embryonic, adult, and cancer stem cell biology. By bringing together leaders at the crossroads of these research areas, the conference will highlight innovative approaches and advance our understanding of stem cell biology and its therapeutic potential.
We warmly encourage you to register and submit your abstracts to contribute to this dynamic scientific exchange.
We look forward to welcoming you to Lyon.
